Returns & Exchanges

I do hope that you will love your purchase! I also understand that you may need to return or exchange an item. 

RETURNS

You can return any undamaged, unused, non-sale items to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of the date your item(s) were delivered. Please note we can only accept returns of M Zriny Jewelry purchased from this website. We are sorry but if 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To start a refund or exchange you must first email us at  hello@mzrinyjewlry.com 

• Please use Return Authorization in the subject line.

• Provide us with your order number and the style number of your item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

• We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that we will not accept any returns/exchanges without this number. This number MUST BE VISIBLE on the outside of the package.   

The customer is responsible for safe and fully insured shipping. Please use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.

M Zriny Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any credit issued will not include original shipping charges (if applicable). Once your items are received and approved for return, a refund will be processed. 

Please allow several days for your refund to post to your bank or credit card statement. 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for the same item, please follow the steps outlined above and we will process your exchange promptly.
